1. Slice one banana in half lengthwise (we had to cut them in half again because our bowls weren't long enough).
2. Add two or three hearty spoonfuls of yogurt. Two yogurt containers were enough for my 4 kids.
3. Top with cereal. We wanted to use granola, but we were all out, so we used cornflakes.
4. Finish off with berries. We didn't have any fresh berries, so we used frozen ones (I microwaved them).
It was a very hearty breakfast, my kids didn't ask for a snack until 5 mins before lunchtime. Success!
Jamie- you need to write a book. You always have the best ideas.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! Way to go Molly!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds yummy! We should try it!
ReplyDeleteThat does sound yummy. We'll have to try it out.
ReplyDeleteMy kids make that too! Macy got it from a recipe box of kids recipes from my mom for Christmas--one of the things we are doing for homeschool is teaching her how to cook and read and follow a recipe!
ReplyDeleteMolly is so pretty! I love that you let your kids just run with things. I bet it's so fun at your house. Um, can I come live there?
